A Brief Insight Into Functional Testing

Curious about testing? Then you're in the right place! Hopefully, this blog provides a quick insight into the different types of functional tests that I offer and why!

Firstly, what is functional testing in nutrition?

Functional testing simply means that we are using comprehensive tests as a way of understanding the root cause of your symptoms or health condition. Understanding the root and potential drivers allows us to further streamline your health plan, getting you the very best results.

Whilst testing is never a non-negotiable part of working together, as I know it doesn’t always fit into everybody’s budget, it can be an amazing way of reversing your symptoms for good, and treating those pesky ailments that just don't seem to budge regardless of how many positive changes you make.
