Hi, I’m Megan Hallett
I’m a women's health expert, certified nutritional therapist and cookbook author. Based in the UK, I help women across the world to fix their hormones and reverse their symptoms for good.
At 18 years old, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome).
I was in a constant state of anxiety, my periods had disappeared, my hair was falling out by the handful AND I had acne that made it impossible for me to talk to people.
Whilst I was relieved at finally receiving a diagnosis, I felt totally unsupported. The doctor simply suggested I lose weight and take medication (I was on the pill for a short time, as a result).
I was given no information on what PCOS was or what caused it. And as far as my non-existent periods were concerned? I was told to not worry about it until I wanted to get pregnant!
It was a dead end. But I was determined to uncover the root cause and a natural way of healing my body.
So I educated myself. And, after a couple of years of consistency, the right types of foods, workouts, self-care rituals and supplements…
My hair loss stopped, my periods returned and my skin cleared up.
Fast forward to today and I’m calm, at peace in my own body, my hair is almost too thick, my cycles are like clockwork and my skin is glowing!
It was like finding a secret formula. Except this was something I had to share with as many women as possible!
I’m obsessed with women’s health
After learning how to balance my own hormones and reverse my symptoms, I was furious at the lack of support available.
I knew there were thousands of women who were missing their periods, struggling with PCOS, PMS, PMDD, navigating perimenopause and menopause, or facing the heartbreak of infertility issues.
Even now, finding and treating the root cause of women’s health problems is not a priority.
But after a decade of training, research, qualifications and my own trial-and-error, I know that nutrition holds the key to:

Balanced hormones
Relieving pain and chronic fatigue
Reversing a huge range of symptoms such as low mood and hair loss
Preparing our bodies for a healthy pregnancy so we have the choice when it suits us

My training and qualifications
I am a registered and accredited Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC), having completed my training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2019.
Since then I have worked with hundreds of women to heal their gut and fix their hormones for good.
After years of studying, practising, and researching in the women’s health space, I realised hyper-personalised nutrition is the most effective way to get results.
